I've used this fundraising app for about 8 months, starting in March and it is now October now, and have only seen a payment to my fundraiser once. As someone who is using the fundraiser to help offset dues for a club it's disappointing when the funds don't come in a timely manner.

Same, no payments since Feb 2020. Our rep even quit repping them. I am going to write letters to the businesses whose receipts I scanned and contact the attorney general in my state.

Susan and Jennifer, same here! I have been a user for a few years and became a new admin/coordinator for another group last November as I was very pleased with what I was seeing as a user for my previous group. Things were fine until this spring. We have only received rewards through February 2020. It is now September. I have been emailing at least weekly for the last month inquiring about my group’s earnings. I have reached out to them through 3 different means. I am being ignored. We have hundreds earned and our families needed these funds for summer activities and nothing. I do not know what is going on, but I am highly frustrated, disappointed and starting to wonder if we are being scammed. This WAS a great organization. What in the world is going on?

I have been trying to get an answer for several months on the status of the funds my daughter is due. HuTerra claims they sent the funds to the organization and the organization claims they have not seen any funds from HuTerra. Very shady dealings and I am getting fed up with the runaround. Ready to take further action.

I have tried to contact HuTerra on multiple platforms -- email and calling with messages left No response!!! My non-profit and I joined in October and currently earned more than $100 -- no check has been paid out by HuTerra.

Good Morning,
Rewards are always paid out according to the schedule listed in our Terms of Service.
They are paid out within 60 days of a month end rewards balance of at least $25. They are sent via check for the lump sum of the fundraiser to the nonprofit or club. They then use detailed statements accessible through the app to distribute monies accordingly.
The only time we can't send payment is if there are supporters earning rewards for a community that hasn't been claimed and setup with us. This is so that we can verify mailing address for payment.
Thank you,

Good Morning,
We are currently trying to work with Amazon to get more frequent and accurate data sets from them.
Amazon is such a large company that response times are very slow. We are also working on a different approach to how these purchases will work that we hope to have in place by the end of the summer.
Thank you,

Since huterra changed the amazon way of shopping and not having to scan receipts more than half of my amazon orders have not been scanned in by huttera so now the organization I chose is not getting as much money from me as they should be... this really upsets me... :(

Rewards are paid out quarterly to the nonprofit organizations.
The receipt statuses were changed a few months ago in order to help eliminate confusion. Invoiced never meant that the rewards had been paid out. It meant that the business they were for had been invoiced.
Due to strict guidelines we can't communicate with supporters when and what payments are made to a nonprofit organization as they are not affiliated or in anyway in charge of the financial information for these organizations.
Rest assured that all money earned in Rewards is paid out to the nonprofit organizations.

HuTerra used to put invoiced after the receipt, which meant the funds had been paid. I no longer see this. As a user of this app I believe it is necessary for My HuTerra to provide a system where we are able to monitor our accounts in a timely manner.

I am also disappointed in the payout.

There should be an easy way to confirm that payments are being made to your designated charity or non-profit

I also agree! My fundraiser has raised over $2000 and have not gotten their check despite many conversations!
