Amazon is not on my shop online link. How do I get credit for any purchases from Amazon?

As long as you initiated the purchase through us you should get the credit.

The online process without receipts works a little differently. No receipts or images can be admitted or accepted.

The purchase needs to be initiated through us by selecting the retailer through the app or by being logged into raiseup.org with your HuTerra credentials. The entire purchase needs to be completed this way. Any items that were already in your cart will not be eligible for rewards.

Once the purchase has been completed this way, we then have to wait from the data to come back from them. Once we get it back, we can then process and distribute rewards.

At that time there will be a receipt that posts to your account. This can take anywhere from 10-30 days or longer depending on the retailer.

I have made a bunch of purchases from Amazon that I tried to place using this App.... but I am unable to access it.... and I can't wait days to order.... seems like at certain times, especially during the day.... wish I was able to get credit for these purchases....

I am waiting for a purchase from Amazon to be posted to my Fund Raising Acct

As long as you initiated the purchase through us you should still get the credit. You just can’t submit the receipt. This is a policy change that had to be put into effect to be in compliance with Amazon policies.

If not, then there will not be any way to get credit for them. The only way Amazon gives rewards back is if the purchase was initiated through us. Rewards should never have been earned for purchase that were not initiated this way and this policy is in place to prevent that from happening.
