Respond to your customer’s weekly emails!
I have been emailing at least weekly for the last month asking where my organization’s rewards are. We have only received them through February. It is now September. We have hundreds of dollars earned. Our families needed these funds this summer. My emails are not being answered. I have emailed my regular contact, emailed through the app and made a help ticket through the app. No responses!!! I am highly disappointed and do not know what is going on. I have been a HuTerra Rewards member for a few years and never had a problem until this summer. No rewards since February earnings. Again, it is now September. Hundreds earned. Families waiting. Please step up and respond!

I have the same problem. No funds for over 6 months and no response to repeated voice messages.
